River Club

Myrtle Beach Golf course video player.

River Club has proven to be one of the most challenging courses in the Myrtle Beach area. Earning ****½ stars on Golf Digest's list of "Places to Play," this Tom Jackson design is considered one of the premier "plantation" courses in the area. River Club features numerous sand traps on each hole with lots of water coming into play on 15 of the 18 holes. Undeniably one of the best finishing holes in the area, the spectacular par-5 eighteenth, affords risk and reward opportunities for players who can carry the water twice, creating a viable chance for an eagle. Boasting wide-open relatively flat fairways, lined by trees on the front and homes on the back, this well designed course will provide an amazing golf adventure.

This Par 72 course has a slope of 128 and a course rating of 72.4. The course measures 6677 yards from the Black tees with A1 Bentgrass greens. Despite having plenty of room off the tee, irons are the key to scoring well as you need to be accurate approaching the greens of this spectacular course.
