Pawleys Plantation Golf and Country Club

Myrtle Beach Golf course video player.

A Jack Nicklaus signature course, Pawley's Plantation embodies the look and feel of a Lowcountry design. Pawley's Plantation curls its way through 600 acres of hardwoods, pine forests, small lakes and along the saltwater marsh that separates Pawley's Island from the mainland. The front and back nines are extremely different. The front has a more traditional look; it's long, beautifully manicured and well bunkered. The back is memorable not only for its scenery, but also for it's setting amidst tidal marshland, requiring pinpoint accuracy to make the shots needed to score well. Not just a round of golf, an experience.

Playing 7026 yards from the Championship tees, Pawley's is par 72 course with a slope of 146, course rating of 75.3 with Tif Eagle Bermuda Grass greens. A marvelous view of the marsh is not the only benefit in playing this course. Drive your cart across the top of an old dike spanning the marsh that was once a part of an old rice plantation located on this site, affording the opportunity to enjoy the wildlife up close.
