Oyster Bay Golf Links
One of the first links-style courses in the Myrtle Beach area, Oyster Bay continues to be one of the most popular. This innovative layout features picturesque marsh-oriented holes, fresh water lakes, generous landing areas, rolling terrain and large devilishly undulating greens. Water comes into play on 15 of the 18 holes and includes 2 beautiful island greens, one of which is the signature 17th. The oyster connection is evident on this hole that is played from the oyster-walled tees to the island green built on a mountain of shells. Wildlife abounds on this picturesque course, so expect to see many varieties of birds including egrets, herons and storks. Don't be surprised if you come across an alligator basking in the sun on the banks of one of the holes.
A Par 72 measuring 6685 from the Championship tees, Oyster Bay is sloped at 136 with a course rating of 72.1 and Tifeagle Bermuda greens. Do not miss the chance to play this dazzling course.
