Myrtle Beach Golf course video player.
The only Arthur Hills design in the area, Myrtlewood Pinehills has been called by Golf Digest one of the "Top Ten Layouts" in Myrtle Beach. This unique course offers rolling fairways, undulating greens, tall fescue grasses, water hazards everywhere and slight elevation changes. Featuring 26 acres of water as it winds its way through an army of pine trees, this is a thinking man's course. There are no widespread, generous landing areas typical of many of the courses in Myrtle Beach and several large trees have been left in play forcing you to contemplate each shot. A glaring example is the large pine tree situated to the left side of the fairway on the par-4, 411 yard 14th. Its clever use of mounding and purposefully placed water hazards demands the use of a wide array of your clubs. Challenging but fun to play for all skill levels.
Pinehills is a par 72 measuring 6640 yards from the Championship tees, has a slope of 133 and a course rating of 72.0. Tifdwarf Bermuda Bentgrass was used on the large meticulously maintained greens. Don't miss your chance to play this wonderful course.
